A recognized bankruptcy and trial lawyer and author of multiple books, Attorney Matthew Davis saw a need in the community to help people protect their legacies. He founded Freedom Estate Planning with the purpose of helping the people of Alabama fulfill this mission. Attorney Davis has helped many people just like you who wanted to experience financial freedom and have peace of mind in knowing their loved ones and assets are protected. He is committed to helping each person he works with ensure their wishes are respected to provide the peace of mind they deserve. 

In addition to being an attorney and writer, Matt is also a veteran of the war in Afghanistan, having enlisted following the attacks of 9/11. To this day, he continues to serve in the Alabama National Guard.
